For the 40th anniversary of the Alien franchise in 2019, we hosted the Brazilian premiere of the new 4K restoration of Alien (1979) at CineSesc. To round out the celebrations, we brought Aliens (1986) to Cinesala in its extended version, also previously unseen in cinemas.

Our two-night-only re-release of Alien in 4K became our fastest-selling event ever, with all tickets snapped up in less than a week. The Alien-Aliens double feature made waves, garnering attention from prominent websites like Omelete and coverage in the renowned newspaper Folha de S. Paulo.
